Once an order is placed please allow 1-3 business days for the order to ship. Orders will not be shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided. 

If an item says "Pre-Order" it will be sent on the date that is stated in the description of the item. Most items at LAUR Designs are handmade, so if there is an issue with shipping time the customer will be notified via email.
